Job description

Position overview

We are a trading card game retailer based in Fontana, California, seeking one qualified individual to join our team. This role is responsible for the full operational lifecycle of our individual card inventory, including conditioning, listing, order fulfillment, and shipping. The position begins on a part-time basis during a structured training period, with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment and increased compensation upon successful completion.


What you'll do:

  • Conditioning: Identify card quality condition and sort cards to our standards
  • Listing: Accurately list cards on our sales platforms
  • Integrating: Organize our physical inventory and sync digital inventory across platforms
  • Pulling & Shipping: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately


Who we're looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for trading card games, specifically with regards to identifying cards — Experience with identifying Magic: the Gathering and Pokemon cards is required. The most competitive applicants will also have experience with identifying Flesh & Blood, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and One Piece cards.
  • Sharp eye for detail — accuracy matters in every step of this role
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly
  • Prior experience with TCG conditioning, selling, or fulfillment is a plus


Compensation & advancement

  • Starting hourly rate of $16.90 during the training period
  • Transition to full-time status based on performance following training
  • Compensation increase upon advancement to full-time employment
