SUMMARY
Clear Touch is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Coordinator to serve as a vital link between our sales and marketing team to support our event execution. They will assist in the logistics and execution of 100+ trade shows and product evaluations that Clear Touch and their affiliated brands host and participate in. This role ensures our high-impact technology arrives on-site ready for action. You will be responsible for the "ready-to-ship" state of our equipment, maintaining strict inventory accuracy, and maintaining the state of our working warehouse.
Clear Touch operates its own event warehouse and showcases large-format displays (32"-98") and hands-on physical work, essential components of the position, to assist in prepping these displays for events and product evaluations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution, and takes pride in operational excellence. This position will be crucial for the execution of trade shows and sales throughout the US. This position will report directly to the Event Warehouse Coordinator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be overseeing the following essential responsibilities.
WAREHOUSE
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Complete daily logs for inventory and shipments
  • Pack and prep supplies for trade shows and events in sprinter vans or crates
  • Distribute marketing materials, including brochures, slip sheets, trade show attire, and giveaways to Clear Touch staff and resellers
  • Keep event materials organized with up-to-date inventory

ADMINISTRATIVE
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment preventively

Requirements
You will catch our attention and be our preferred candidate if you have the following:
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or organizational experience
  • You are detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • You have advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
  • You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You have the ability to lift 75 lbs

Extra credit points will be granted if you have the following:
  • Knowledge of trade shows and trade show logistics

Physical and working conditions of this position include the following:
  • Ability to drive a freight line sprinter van and/or 26ft box truck.
  • Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of event equipment (up to 50-75 lbs)
  • A combination of event-site, in-office, and warehouse environments
  • There is no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions apart from weather-related travel conditions.
  • Non-sedentary work exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects; driving; participation in a variety of activities in both an indoor and outdoor setting.
  • Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, walking, grasping, typing, talking, hearing.
