Job Summary:
Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives in face-to-face interactions and enjoys the excitement of live events? We're seeking a Part-Time Trade Show Sales Representative to represent our brand at trade shows, expos, and industry events. This flexible, commission-only opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to earn based on performance while maintaining control over their schedule.

In this role, you'll engage with event attendees, conduct product demonstrations, and guide prospective customers through the sales process. You'll serve as the face of the company, building rapport, communicating our value proposition, and confidently closing sales on the trade show floor.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2C sales, particularly in high-energy environments where relationship-building and one-conversation closes are critical. Weekend availability and the ability to travel to local events are required. Knowledge of hunting or firearms is a plus but not required. This role offers flexible event-based scheduling and uncapped commission potential for results driven sales professionals.

Shift: Primarily weekends, as needed

Pay: 100% commission

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Professionally represent the company at assigned trade shows, exhibitions, and events, always ensuring a professional and enthusiastic presence.

  • Actively approach attendees to qualify leads, gather contact information, and introduce the brand.

  • Conduct live product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing features and benefits tailored to the interests of prospective customers.

  • Understand our "process" and what our true value proposition is.

  • Take the lead in driving the sales process on the trade show floor. Be comfortable and confident in closing deals by addressing customer concerns, handling objections, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their needs. Secure commitments and finalize sales during the event.

  • Source and submit quality event opportunities in your region to Events team.

  • Attend a minimum of 12 events per year, multiple events per month when available preferred.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in a trade show or 1 conversation-close environment.

  • Ability to travel and work primarily on weekends.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to engage and build rapport with a wide range of potential customers.

  • A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

  • Comfortable navigating simple software systems and learning new programs with minimal guidance.

  • Knowledge or experience with hunting/firearms is strongly preferred.
