Veteran Towing LLC is a veteran-owned and operated towing and transport provider based in Puyallup, WA. We specialize in vehicle transport for auctions, dealerships, private clients and the frequent night time and weekend towing requests from the public. Our team takes pride in professionalism, reliability, and integrity in every job we do.

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Tow Truck Operator to join our growing team. This role involves safely transporting vehicles between locations, including auction houses, dealerships, private properties and responding to customers who have requested a tow; while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to company and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a flatbed or wheel-lift tow truck for vehicle transport and recovery.
  • Load, secure, and unload vehicles in compliance with safety procedures.
  • Transport vehicles to and from auctions, dealerships, private customers, impound yards, and roadside service calls.
  • Maintain accurate trip logs, transport records, and vehicle condition reports.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and property owners.
  • Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age 25 years (insurance requirement).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no accidents or speeding tickets in the last 4 years).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must own a smartphone with active service for dispatch and route updates.
