World Truck Towing & Recovery, Inc. is seeking dependable, professional individuals to join our Customer Service/Dispatch team. As the first point of contact, you play a vital role in helping customers during stressful situations and ensuring fast, reliable service.
No towing experience required - paid training provided!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver calm, professional customer support in a fast-paced environment
  • Answer incoming calls and gather key information using guided questions
  • Dispatch towing and roadside services efficiently and accurately
  • Provide service updates and estimated arrival times
  • Communicate with drivers and coordinate responses
  • Assist with billing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks

• Demonstrate strong information retention and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision
