Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Provide cross-functional Driver Support and On-road operational support by managing driver needs, equipment breakdowns, vendor coordination, repair authorizations, and service recovery activities to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient fleet operations.

  • Receive and manage inbound driver calls, messages, and operational support requests.
  • Assist drivers with breakdowns, service interruptions, emergency situations, load-related concerns, and transportation needs.
  • Provide timely communication and updates to drivers while managing events through completion.
  • Monitor active breakdowns and service events to minimize driver delays and equipment downtime.
  • Coordinate roadside assistance, towing, repairs, and equipment recovery services.
  • Authorize approved repairs, services, and operational expenses within established guidelines.
  • Meet departmental performance, quality, and cost-control objectives.
  • Provide cross-functional support between Driver Support and On-road operations.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 6 months experience in Driver Support, Dispatch, Call Center Operations, Transportation, or a related operational support role required.
  • Successful completion of Driver Support training and On-road Operations training required within 30 days of start date.
  • Must possess exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to negotiate effectively and support cost-conscious operational decisions.
  • Must be able to quickly assess situations and gather appropriate information.
  • Must be flexible and provide support to either function as business needs require.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.


Pay Range: $21.51 - $28.96 Hourly
