Job description

Currey Ingram Academy is accepting applications for a part-time bus driver with an immediate start. The job duties for this position will primarily include driving for periodic field trips during the school day, late afternoon and evening athletic events, and occasionally driving bus routes in the morning and afternoon as a substitute for our full-time driver.

The pay for this part-time position (varied hours per week; flexibility important) is $30/hour. Minimum of 3-hour shifts.

The driver must meet Tennessee DOT requirements for driving buses including, but not limited to holding a Certified Drivers License (CDL) with P (Passenger) and S (School) endorsements. Drivers must pass a DOT medical exam, background check at the state and federal level, pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, and training requirements.  Experience, license, and endorsements required.
