Day-to-day, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls with a consistently polite and upbeat demeanor. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately gather essential information and relay thorough, precise messages to our clients. You'll work within a Windows-based environment, meticulously entering data to ensure every client need is documented and communicated to the right team.
What We're Looking For:
- A friendly, upbeat phone presence.
- Strong English skills (grammar and spelling).
- Experiencing operating in a Windows-based environment.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
Compensation and Shifts:
- Pay: $20/hour
- Shifts: Part-Time, various shifts (must be available to work one weekend day)
