YOUR MISSION

Deliver clean, high-quality tile and grout restoration workefficientlyso customers are thrilled not just with the result, but with how smoothly the job was handled.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING

  • Clean, repair, and restore tile & grout in homes
  • Re-grout, re-caulk, seal, and replace damaged tiles
  • Assist with light water damage repairs (well train you)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
  • Leave every job clean, complete, and done right
  • Pick up equipment, review a work order, travel to/from, complete and closing out the job
  • Communicate with a team of people

You dont have to be a salesperson.
If you can read a work order, do great work and explain it clearly, youll earn more.

When youre ready, youll create an estimate, perform the work, and youll earn even more.

HOW YOU GET PAID

(simple, fair, and performance-driven)
  • Performance pay (biweekly)
  • Expected earnings: $20$35+/hr equivalent
  • Steady workflow (typically booked ~2 weeks out)

SCHEDULE

  • Most days: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
  • No nights
  • Optional Saturdays
  • Full-time or part-time options
WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in tile, grout, trades, or hands-on work
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your knees
  • Reliable transportation + valid drivers license
  • Basic tools (we can help if needed)
  • Clean background (no theft or aggression-related offenses)

Bonus (not required):

  • Shower pan work
  • Epoxy grout
  • Stone polishing
  • Tile cutting tools (wet saw, snap cutter)
