Job description

A growing healthcare company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to support our billing and collections team.

Position Details:
  • Part-time schedule: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
  • Fridays are flexible.
  • Compensation commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with accounts receivable processing and follow-ups.
  • Post payments and reconcile accounts.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding balances.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Support the AR team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Prior accounts receivable or billing experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with accounting or billing software.
  • Professional communication skills.
