The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a part-time Special Education Paraprofessional- Resource at Richfield Middle School beginning the 2026-2027 school year, working with students in grades K-5.
In Richfield Public Schools, we believe that all students are capable of achieving their dreams with the right educational foundation. Students in Richfield will receive a challenging, engaging and relevant academic experience, which will prepare them for college, career, and life. You can be part of helping students succeed by joining our district to take your educational career to the next level.
Requirements:
Must be highly qualified, providing supporting documentation; having 1 of the 3 listed below:
  1. Completed two years of study (equaling 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcripts).
  2. An Associate's degree or higher (Transcript).
  3. Obtained a passing score on the MN-approved assessment, ParaPro test or ParaEducator, which measures math and reading skills (Certificate).

Hourly Rate: $23.19-$26.30 (Based on education and experience).
