Standard Hours: 8 hours per week

Campus Location: Maysville Licking Valley Campus in Cynthiana, KY

Department: Assessment Center

Job Summary

Maysville Community & Technical College is seeking a Part-Time Testing Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and administration of placement and academic exams and ensure accurate maintenance of testing records at the MCTC Licking Valley Campus in Cynthiana, KY. This is an in-person position that is not remote-eligible.

Job Duties:

Schedule and administer placement testing for the Licking Valley Campus.
Enter test scores and update service indicators in PeopleSoft.
Schedule and administer academic and program-specific exams, including NOCTI, TEAS, HESI, and ATI.
Proctor exams for students with approved testing accommodations in accordance with college policies and accessibility guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or equivalent 

 

Additional Skills Requested:

This is a part-time, in-person position (8 hours per week) based at the Licking Valley Campus. The typical work schedule is Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position is classified as temporary and does not include benefits beyond those mandated by law.
