Description
Scentsy is busier than ever, and we need your help to make sure our packages get delivered on time! As a Shipping Operator in our Distribution Center, you would pick and pack orders. Efficiency and accuracy are the name of the game!
This is a part-time, temporary position with multiple shifts available! Candidates must be 16 years or older. If you're interested in working 2-3 days per week and can commit to helping us through our busy season (the end of December), we want to talk to you!
What does a Shipping Operator do?
  • Pick products: Fill carts with products from picking stations and from shelves.
  • Pack products: Scan the labels of the products, put the products in packing containers, seal them with tape, and add a label.
  • Kit products: Gather and organize products or materials into specific packages or bundles.
  • Special projects: There's always something to do so we all help where needed.

What should I be able to do to be an effective Shipping Operator?
  • Bend, squat, push/pull, reach above shoulder level, and perform repetitive manual dexterity.
  • Lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
