Position Title: Psychotherapist (LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.)

Employment Type: W-2 Part Time (Minimum 2 days per week, non-consecutive) - you pick the days out of Monday - Friday - Sign on Bonus $3,000 - Limited time offering

Telos Health Systems is seeking a Psychotherapist (LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and strong administrative and leadership support.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with facility staff, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and regulations

Required

• Active Florida license in one of the following:
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or Ph.D.)
• Master’s degree (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW) or Doctoral degree (Psychologist) in a relevant mental health field
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a clinical team
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Preferred

• Experience working with geriatric populations
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or long-term care settings

• Pay-per-encounter, fee-for-service compensation
