Job description

Implement IT strategies, tools, and procedures to meet requirements on time and within the allotted budget. Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide resolution to processes and technical problems in the data, application, services, and network levels of the project. Keep track of project-related daily tasks assigned to the technical personnel to ensure that the personnel is actively working towards the given milestones. Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions. Establish and execute technical training programs/processes for technical personnel. Assist, mentor and develop new talent on various technologies and act as an SME for project completion. Provide end-user support to investigate and resolve software and system usage problems. Multiple Openings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Systems, a closely related field, and 4 years of experience in a software development occupation. Experience in a software development occupation must include the following:
  • 4 years of experience with design and development of IT software solutions using Java, Angular, JavaScript, SQL, AWS, JIRA, Git, and Postman.
  • 4 years of experience working in Agile and DevOps projects, providing business analysis and system design to facilitate development of new applications.
  • 4 years of experience working with product stakeholders for business deliverables and with development of technical specifications to support system changes.
  • 4 years of experience in technical planning and conducting system modifications.
  • 4 years of experience using ServiceNow and creating and managing enhancement requests defects.
  • 4 years of experience utilizing IMS and checking Mainframe transactions that drive the Web applications.
  • 4 years of experience with application ownership responsibilities for a suite of sales and invoicing web applications.
  • 4 years of experience leading technical teams to conduct software application testing, deployment and process automation activities.
