Job description

Position Summary:
Salary: $13.00 an hour.
Job Description
The position provides secretarial and clerical support to assigned office to enable effective office operations including checking customers in, processing payments, answering emails and phone calls, scheduling, and general upkeep.
Required Qualifications
This position requires at least a High School diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer applicants with:
1. Work experience in Higher education, Student Services
2. Computer experience
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
4. Customer service experience
5. Experience working in a Tennis Complex Environment
5. Have experience in maintenance work
Supplemental Job Information
1.The person hired for this position will report directly to the Tennis Center Manager, Chris Nyholm.
2.This position will be working in the Tennis Complex and will not exceed 29 hours of work in a week. The supervisor will establish the work schedule upon hiring.
