Familiarity with digital learning platforms, classroom management software, and, in some cases, state certification is often expected. Communication and collaboration with other teachers and staff are important, but your participation in meetings or extracurricular activities may be limited or optional. This structure can be ideal for those seeking work-life balance or gaining teaching experience without a full-time commitment.
