POSITION SUMMARY

Our café team is the heart of Colectivo Coffee. As a Café Co-Worker, you’ll create welcoming moments, provide exceptional service, and maintain a café environment people love returning to.

This role blends hospitality, food and beverage preparation, customer service, and café upkeep. You’ll gain deep knowledge of the products, experience, and quality standards that define our brand.
