We’re looking for a Business Intelligence & Software Development Intern who’s curious, motivated, and excited to get hands-on experience with enterprise-level projects—not just busy work.

You’ll work side-by-side with our BI, Data Engineering, Automation, and Software Development teams, helping tackle meaningful tasks that keep our projects moving and our systems running smoothly. In return, you’ll gain real skills, real mentorship, and real experience you can actually talk about in future interviews.

You’ll support our technical teams in a variety of ways—perfect if you like learning a little bit of everything:

Data & Business Intelligence

  • Help prepare, validate, and quality-check data
  • Support dashboard development and testing
  • Document data sources, transformations, and metrics
  • Monitor data pipelines and flag anything that looks “off”
  • Assist in maintaining datasets and reporting tools

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Support workflow automation tasks and testing
  • Document business processes with an eye for automation opportunities
  • Help with operational tasks that are prime candidates for automation
  • Validate outputs from automated systems

Software & Application Support

  • Test applications and track bugs
  • Assist with configurations, documentation, and small enhancements
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Help manage development artifacts and release notes

Project & Operational Support

  • Knock out backlog tasks that require accuracy and focus
  • Prepare reports and status updates
  • Assist with requirements gathering and documentation
  • Support cross-team coordination efforts

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of databases and data concepts
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organization

Nice-to-Have (But Not a Dealbreaker!)

  • Experience with SQL
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Domo, etc.)
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Exposure to automation tools or scripting
  • Version control experience (Git)
  • Interest in AI, analytics, or software development
