You may work alongside registered nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons, often rotating between different surgical specialties as needed. Part time shifts can vary but frequently involve early mornings or late afternoons to accommodate surgical schedules, and flexibility is highly valued. Familiarity with surgical instruments, operating room protocols, and tools like autoclaves and electronic health record (EHR) systems is essential.
