Job description

Job title: Warehouse Worker

Seniority: Entry-Level

Location: Coughing Cardinal Warehouse

Hours: Part-Time / Shift Work (Days – 5:00 pm / No Weekends)

About Coughing Cardinal USA, LLC.

Coughing Cardinal USA supplies retail vape and smoke shops with popular products at fair prices via direct sales and on-line orders. Our warehouse team helps keep orders accurate, organized, and on time.

This is a fast-paced role on a supportive team.

Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Worker, you will help with daily warehouse tasks, including:

Receiving and Processing Shipments:

Check incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage.

Sort, label, and store products in the correct locations.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.

Handle products safely to prevent damage and delays.

Inventory Management:

Help count inventory and keep stock records accurate.

Facility Maintenance:

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

Report safety or maintenance problems to a supervisor.

Compliance and Safety:

Follow company rules and safety procedures.

Take part in safety training when needed.

Additional Warehouse Duties:

Help with special projects or busy-season order needs.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Must-have:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  1. Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly, and heavier items with help.
  2. Good attention to detail and organization.
  3. Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
  4. Able to stand for long periods and work in a physical role.
  5. Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.

Nice-to-have:

  1. Warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience.
  2. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
  3. Good communication and teamwork skills.
