Job description

Beechmont Country Club is seeking a Greenskeeper! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Founded in 1923, Beechmont Country Club is a premier private club known for championship golf and a strong sense of community. Following a recent golf course renovation and bunker modernization project, the club continues to invest in delivering exceptional playing conditions and long-term course improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in working outdoors, gaining golf course experience, or beginning a career in turfgrass management. Team members will play a key role in helping maintain the newly renovated golf course while working in a fun, team-oriented atmosphere at a high-level private facility.

Position Type: Seasonal Agronomy Team Member (Seasonal Full-Time & Part-Time Available)

Pay: $15–$17/hour (DOE)

Start: April-May 15 2026

Typical End: August through October 2026. End dates may vary based upon return to school schedules and weather conditions

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules available. Weekend and early morning availability preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
  • Bunker maintenance and detail work (including newly renovated bunkers)
  • General course cleanup (raking, string trimming, edging, blowing)
  • Divot filling and ball mark repair
  • Safely operating specialized equipment (riding and self-propelled mowers, turbine blowers)
  • Assist with irrigation operation and hand watering as needed
  • Support tournament and event preparation
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work as part of a team to deliver championship-level conditions
Qualifications:

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
