Camp Minikani is currently hiring part-time seasonal kitchen staff for the upcoming summer.

Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be 16 years old and prior experience with youth and/or a food service setting is preferred
  • Possess a practical understanding and comprehensive knowledge of food service, storage and cleanliness standards
  • Preferred applicants will be available for the duration of summer camp, June 14-August 15

Essential Functions
  • Responsible for food preparation, serving, meal break down, general kitchen and dining hall cleaning
  • Ensure proper food service standards, including food storage and kitchen cleanliness
  • Provide outstanding and consistent customer service to all camp guests
  • Responsible for strict adherence to policies and procedures related to safety and other regulations
