Tama-Benton Cooperative is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Labor/Applicators and Class A CDL Drivers. We have various opportunities available, including full-time, part-time, summer jobs, internships, and more.

As an Outside Labor/Applicator, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our grain and agronomy elevators. We are looking for individuals who are willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and have a strong work ethic.

If you have a Class A CDL license, we also have positions available for CDL Drivers. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting grain, fertilizer, and other agricultural products to and from our facilities and customer locations. Prior experience in driving commercial vehicles and operating grain handling equipment is preferred.
