What our office does: The Office of Institutional Research and Data Analytics provides data, analysis, and strategic guidance in support of CSN's student success goals. By supporting CSN faculty and staff with accurate and timely data and analysis, the CSN IR office ensures that planning and evaluation are based on measurable results that can be tracked over time.
Position Description
Duties are for anything needed to assist the department. This may include the following duties:
  • Data Entry: Prepare data sets by copying data from various sources (i.e. Internal Data Sets, External Data sets such as US Census Webpage) and entering them into spreadsheets or data platforms used by IR
  • Dashboard Maintenance: Light editing of Data Dashboards to ensure consistency of style, language, and accuracy.
  • Organize shared drive: Assist Director and Administrative Assistant in organizing Shared Data drive, by renaming files and folders to conform to IR conventions
