Intermediate Structural Engineer | Toronto, ON | Canada
Role SummaryWork on design of structural elements and systems in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood. Work with limited supervision on small to medium sized projects and as part of larger projects under the general supervision of a Senior Structural Engineer. Participate in analysis and design for compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering from an accredited university required.
Professional Engineer in good standing with PEO preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience in consulting within a buildings structural team preferred.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may require travel and include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
BenefitsPay Range: Locations in Lower Mainland - BC, GTA & Ottawa Ontario - $94,600.00 - $137,100.00 annually.
Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
