Must have current certification in one of the following: Massage or Neuromuscular Therapists, Yoga, Pilates, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapy Aide, NASM, ACE, Kinesiology, or Sports and Exercise Science degree.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking the client's weekly recurring appointments
  • Ensure the safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
  • Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through personal interaction and outreach
  • Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
  • Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with sales by delivering best-in-class knowledge in each session and tracking member's goals
  • Participate in social media content to deliver a local and honest representation of our service
  • Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Requirements:
  • Love of boutique fitness environment is a must - passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with a client, desired
  • Fitness certification required from any of the experience mentioned above or graduate of NASM, ACE, Chiropractic, Kinesiology, or other Exercise degrees
  • Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
  • Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
  • Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
  • Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
  • Must be available to attend our 2-day Flexologist Training Program™, which includes 10 hours of online tutorials prior to FTP and log 20 hours of practice.

Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
