Role Description: Merchandisers/Promo Team members at Canadian Tire Hillside Centre are responsible for all product merchandising aspects, display creation, seasonal aisle changeovers, and aisle maintenance. High energy, detailed, and independently motivated individuals will excel in this role. This role reports to the Merchandising or Promo Managers. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team setting, sometimes under tight timelines and setup goals. Starting wage range: $19.00 - $20.00 plus an overnight premium for hours worked after store closing hours.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Stocking merchandise on to shelves.
  • Comfortable with technology, shelf capacities, and locating system.
  • Accountable to proper presentation standards.
  • Ongoing facing & aisle maintenance throughout shift.
  • Leave aisles swept, tidy, and free of all debris.
