Familiarity with autoclaves, sterilization tracking systems, and hospital inventory software is typically required. Attention to detail, time management, and effective communication are vital soft skills for ensuring patient safety and collaborating with healthcare teams. Part-time positions offer flexibility in scheduling, which can be ideal for students or individuals seeking work-life balance while contributing to patient safety.
