As a Wax Specialist at European Wax Center, you're the expert in the room. Guests trust you with their skin, their comfort, and their confidence. You'll deliver high-quality waxing services in your own private suite, build real relationships with returning guests, and grow a loyal book of business - all within the support of a nationally recognized brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guest Experience & Service Delivery

  • Deliver professional waxing services in accordance with EWC brand protocols and licensing requirements
  • Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  • Educate guests on post-wax care, service frequency, and what to expect
  • Build genuine relationships that keep guests coming back - and referring friends

Sales & Guest Retention

  • Recommend skincare products and service packages that genuinely serve your guests
