Job description
Part-Time Rebar Cutter
ABCI is hiring a Part-Time Rebar Cutter to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused individual with cutting torch experience to assist with processing and cutting reinforcing steel.
Responsibilities:
- Cut and process rebar according to specifications and work orders
- Safely operate a cutting torch and related equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with material handling and general yard duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous cutting torch experience required
- Ability to safely work with steel and heavy materials
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an outdoor/industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
