Job Description
Lake Superior College in Duluth, Minnesota, is currently seeking applicants for the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach position. Successful candidates should have coaching experience in soccer at the high school or preferably collegiate level. Candidates should have recruiting experience and knowledge of the NJCAA's eligibility requirements for student-athletes.
Duties:
  • Assist with organization of and participation in team practices
  • Assist with game management and travel (i.e., team statistic tracking, travel arrangements)
  • Assist in team recruitment and retention programs (i.e., recruit contact and related follow-up)
  • Assist in any team fundraising program
  • Compose game summaries and report game statistics and information for website posting

Required Qualifications
  • Coaching experience in soccer at the high school or collegiate level
  • Bachelor's Degree (in any field) required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of the NJCAA's eligibility requirements for student athletes
  • Familiarity with Minnesota College Athletic Conference
  • Experience with fundraising
