As a Part-Time Starbucks Barista at Hilton, you will blend the world-renowned coffee standards of Starbucks with the luxury hospitality of the Hilton brand. You will play a vital role in the hotel's mission to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability while crafting premium beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Beverage Craftsmanship: Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold Starbucks beverages, following established recipes and presentation standards exactly.
  • Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, respond to requests in a friendly and efficient manner, and resolve any dissatisfaction with professional hospitality.
  • Sales & Transactions: Take guest orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, process various payments (cash, credit, gift cards), and upsell additional items to enhance profitability.
