Automotive State Inspector & Lube Technician – Bellingham

Location: Mass Diesel Performance, Bellingham, MA

Job Description:
Mass Diesel Performance is seeking a dual-role Automotive State Inspector & Lube Technician to join our Bellingham team. You’ll perform Massachusetts State Vehicle Inspections and assist with light maintenance services, keeping customer vehicles safe, reliable, and well-maintained.

Schedule & Employment:

  • Full-time or part-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • No weekends required; optional overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Massachusetts State Vehicle Inspections, identifying safety and emissions issues
  • Communicate inspection results clearly to service advisors and customers
  • Perform basic maintenance and light repairs, including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery testing, and general vehicle readiness tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts State Inspector License required
