Registered Nurse RN Ortho Joint Replacement Dept Full Time Days

Work location: Texas Health Clearfork, 5400 Clearfork Main St, Fort Worth, TX 76109

Work hours: Part Time Nights for 24 hrs/week. Weekend and holiday requirements

       Fast-Paced, high-volume 22 bed ortho department known for its positive culture, great preceptors, teamwork, exceptional customer service and high satisfaction scores! Our patient population consists of elective surgeries - ortho fractures, hips and knee replacements and Spines

Education
Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or
Associate's Degree Nursing Req Or
Bachelor's Degree Nursing Pref
Experience
1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program Req
Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req And
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req
