About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first smile guests see when they arrive and the friendly face they remember when they leave. You'll help create incredible stays by delivering outstanding service, assisting with reservations, answering questions, and ensuring each guest feels genuinely welcomed.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Assist with reservations, phone calls, cancellations, and guest requests
  • Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
  • Help create positive guest experiences from arrival to departure
  • Maintain accuracy with cash handling and billing procedures
  • Work closely with teammates to support smooth daily operations
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule that supports resort operations
