As an Assistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
  • Drive center performance through sales goalsmembership growth, and guest retention

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
  • Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members

Qualifications
