University of Washington Medical Center-Montlakehas an outstanding opportunity foran experienced acute care nurse to work on our Complex Med-Surg unit.

WORK SCHEDULE

  • 90% FTE
  • Day/Night rotation

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Our Complex Med-Surg unit (4NE) is a 30 bed step-down unit that cares for patients who have had a variety of complex surgical procedures. The surgical services are: General Surgery (complex Abdominal), Neurosurgery (cranial and spine) and Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of current/recent acute care med-surg nursing experience
  • Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington
  • BLS required
