  • The Receptionist assists and directs residents, visitors and staff and operates the telephone.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of switchboard and voice mail system, answer questions and provide assistance to residents, visitors and staff.
  • Greet all visitors and direct them to the proper person or area.
  • Handle cash and charges from residents/staff and settle cash drawer.
  • Take messages and announce appointments when necessary.
  • Assists in the mail room when needed.
  • Responsible for, but not limited to, copying, sorting mail, and collating brochures. Distributes mail, handles packages, and operates the postage meter, fax machine, and cash register.
