Location: Serving Collegeville, Pottstown, Morgantown, Honey Brook, Glenmoore and surrounding areas
Employment Type: Part-time to start, with opportunity for growth into full-time and leadership roles
About the Role
Caring Transitions helps seniors and families through major life transitions such as downsizing, relocation, and estate clean-outs. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and organized individuals to join our growing team and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This is not just a moving or packing job. Our team supports families during important and often emotional moments, helping bring order, clarity, and care to each transition. We are building a strong core team from the ground up, with the intention of promoting from within as the business grows.
This role could be a great fit for active retirees, parents with school-aged children, and anyone looking to make some extra money while doing rewarding work.
What You’ll Do
As a Team Member, you’ll be part of a hands-on team that helps clients prepare their homes and belongings for the next chapter. Responsibilities include:
  • Packing and unpacking household items with care
  • Sorting and organizing personal belongings
  • Assisting with downsizing and decluttering
  • Preparing homes for estate sales or online auctions
  • Supporting senior relocation projects
  • Assisting with house clean outs
  • Providing kind, respectful, and professional interaction with clients and families
  • Light to moderate lifting and carrying
  • Occasional transport of items to donation centers in personal vehicle
Please note that this role is not a mover.  We contract with professional moving companies who do the heavy lifting and moving of furniture and other heavy items.
