  • Help evaluate the competitive positioning and landscape of companies to support us in picking category winners
  • Sourcing & Trendspotting

  • Market & Product Insights
  • Develop theses with our team on fast-evolving categories and technologies
  • Share frameworks and thinking on where the puck is going and how we should be looking at the long-term potential of technology trends
Who You Are
  • A Director- or VP-level technologist with 10+ years in engineering, product, or technical architecture roles at high-growth or enterprise organizations

  • Fluent in the enterprise tech stack from open source infrastructure to modern SaaS to emerging LLM applications

  • A strong communicator who can give crisp technical feedback to investors and (when needed) to founders
  • Bonus: Previous exposure to startups, angel investing, or advisory roles with early-stage teams
Why This Role
  • Flexible structure: the commitment required of this role will be catered to the individual’s availability and interest, but we anticipate this ranging from 5-20 hours per week
