PAY: $20/hour base + uncapped commission. Top performers earn $4,200–$7,150/month working 15–25 hours/week.
WE'RE HIRING 15 SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATORS TO HELP HOMEOWNERS LOWER THEIR ELECTRIC BILL
We have a new solar offer that's changing the math for homeowners in Palmdale and Lancaster. It's a genuinely good deal and it's moving fast in our community. We need help getting the word out.
That's where you come in.
We are SolarShoppers Electric. We've been Palmdale and Lancaster's local solar company for 13 years. Same family, same name, voted AV's Best by the Antelope Valley Press. CSLB License #1019939.
THE JOB
You work in our Palmdale office, 15–25 hours per week across set shifts. During your shift you do four things:
1. Post a piece of our pre-made content to your Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook
2. Send DMs to people in your personal network who might want to save on their electric bill
3. Answer replies, follow up with warm leads, and route their bills to our scheduling team
4. Manage your pipeline of conversations until they enroll
You do not knock doors. You do not cold call strangers. You do not quote prices or sign contracts — our owners handle all closing. You work with people you already know, on warm intros, with a real product they actually want.
THE COMPENSATION
Base wage: $20/hour for every hour on shift, paid weekly.
Plus commission on what you produce:
• $50 per qualified electric bill submitted through your link
• $100 per consultation you booked that actually happens
• $500 per customer who enrolls
Plus weekly volume bonuses:
• 8 bills in a week: +$100
• 12 bills in a week: +$250
• 16 bills in a week: +$500
Realistic monthly take-home:
• 15 hrs/wk + light commission: ~$2,500
• 20 hrs/wk + standard commission: ~$4,200
• 25 hrs/wk + top performer: ~$7,000+
Commissions stack. There is no cap.
THE SCHEDULE
• 5–8 hour shifts
• In our Palmdale office (Rancho Vista Blvd & 10th St West, across from AV Mall)
THIS IS THE RIGHT JOB FOR YOU IF
• You like talking to people and you're good at it
• You have a real network in the Antelope Valley — friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, parents from your kid's school, people from your church or gym
• You want to make real money based on what you produce, not punch a clock
• You can commit to consistent shifts (this is not a gig)
This is NOT the right job for you if you want to come in and quietly post on a phone for an hour. The pay is there because the work is real.
TO APPLY
We are hiring as early as this week so apply immediately.
