Need Solar Today is expanding and looking for motivated, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join our growing Retail Solar Team. If you enjoy meeting new people, have a positive attitude, and want an opportunity to earn excellent income, we’d love to meet you!

As a Retail Solar Appointment Setter, you’ll work inside major retail locations, speaking with homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling FREE in-home consultations with our licensed Solar Energy Consultants.

No previous solar experience is required. We provide the tools and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of residential solar energy.
  • Qualify homeowners for a FREE in-home solar consultation.
  • Schedule appointments for licensed Solar Energy Consultants.
  • Accurately enter customer information into the company system.
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment goals.
  • Represent Need Solar Today with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Earn $800 on the first payment (M1) once the appointment you scheduled results in a completed solar sale.
  • No clawbacks on qualified earned M1 payments.
  • Receive an additional payment equal to 50% of the commission earned upon the completed installation.
  • Weekly performance incentives available.
