Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Office Administrator to support dealership office operations. This role works closely with the Office Manager and dealership leadership team to ensure organized office operations and smooth day-to-day administrative support across departments.



Compensation

  • $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience
Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily bank deposits and cash reports (able to drive to the bank to drop off deposits and pick up change orders)
  • Maintain an effective cash management and forecasting system
  • Assist with petty cash tracking and reconciliation
  • Help maintain accurate manufacturer accounts, including warranty
  • Assist with month-end closing processes and accounting reports
  • Support preparation for annual audits and reviews
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and financial procedures
  • Assist with collecting updated CRT-61 and W-9 forms from vendors on file
  • Monitor factory incentives and enter manufacturer invoices and POs
  • Support account approvals and collections on past-due accounts
  • Assist with cross-training team members to ensure operational coverage
  • Stock in all new vehicle purchases and create deal jackets and tags
  • Create deal jackets and tags for all used vehicles


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in office administration required, dealership preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with and learning various auto software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
