Looking for meaningful part-time work in a friendly, fast-paced healthcare environment?
As a Front Desk Assistant at FYZICAL Bedford, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our patients while helping our clinic run smoothly. Every day is different—you'll assist with front desk responsibilities, support our therapists, help keep the clinic organized and welcoming, and occasionally assist with light physical therapy aide duties.
This is a flexible part-time position with opportunities for additional hours as needed. We welcome someone looking for long-term part-time work beyond the summer.
Approximately 15-25 hours per week.Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional first impression
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with front desk operations
  • Help therapists with light physical therapy aide duties as appropriate
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Restock and organize clinic and office supplies
  • Support marketing, community outreach, and special projects as needed
  • Pitch in wherever needed to help our team provide an outstanding patient experience
