In the midst of a historic time in the media industry, Bloomberg Media is setting out to become the indispensable source of information for the world's most influential business leaders.
Bloomberg has a rare opportunity for a motivated, hardworking Part-Time Booking Producer to support a weekend morning news program on Bloomberg Television & Radio. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience booking high-profile guests, focused primarily on politicians in Congress and the White House. They will use a deep rolodex, spanning Washington to Wall Street, to book guests for Bloomberg's flagship weekend show airing across live video and audio platforms.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong booking experience, deep political contacts and work efficiently and effectively.
We'll trust you to:
  • Identify and book high-profile guests
  • Pitch guest ideas and topics
  • Prepare guest notes for hosts
  • Execute logistics involved in guest appearances

You'll need to have:
  • Exceptional editorial skills
  • A strong, deep rolodex

Salary Range = 50 - 60 USD Hourly
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
