Service Areas Include: Katy, Sugar Land, Richmond, Fulshear, Springs Branch, and surrounding West Houston communities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Perform outstanding drywall repairs with flawless finishing that exceeds customer expectations
  • Use your natural communication skills and friendly demeanor to sell our services, building trust and confidence in our expertise
  • Provide professional estimates directly to homeowners and business owners in their spaces
  • Manage your schedule efficiently using Service Titan software, ensuring timely project completion
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment with proper tool and equipment handling
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety protocols at all customer sites
  • Utilize technology, including an iPad, for documentation, job management, and customer communication

What We're Looking For:

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on drywall finishing experience with exceptional attention to detail
  • Prior work history in home service businesses - you understand the unique demands of working in customers' homes
