Tasks performed are outlined in oral and written instructions.Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

Proctors and provides support to school staff with test administration managed by the division testing office to include student registration, test assignments, test session management, problem-solving and resolution of test alerts.

Proctors and provides support to school staff on the use of testing software to administer SOL tests in support of the division directors of testing.

Provides technical assistance for school-wide logistics of paper testing including receipt of secure and non-secure test materials, preparing materials for redistribution to schools, reconciling and packaging materials for shipment to the scoring company. Maintains security of test materials and accurate inventory of paper testing supplies at all times.

Acts as an information resource regarding a variety of matters related to testing operations and procedures. Provides and obtains information requested from within and outside of the organization.

Provides clerical assistance including filing, maintaining records and organizing materials.

Provides onsite support to school test coordinators as needed

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of testing procedures and office practices. Skill in operating a personal computer and in utilizing spreadsheet, database and test administration software. Demonstrated organizational abilities. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and the public.
