We seek individuals that have passion for cars and auto enthusiasts! Experience working in an auto dealership is a plus.

Our team has a background in tires, tire safety, tire failures and tire forensics.

The position of Technology & Executive Assistant will provide support to our internal team.

Additionally, you will be our tech point-of-contact working with assistance with all technology (e.g. cellular, tablets, computers, etc.) assisting in testing, technical and maintenance issues, setting up and assisting with product demos, Microsoft Teams calls, attending meetings and conferences.

Salary is $25-$35 per hour and this salary is not inclusive of any incentives or benefits that may be offered.at some future point.

This position of Technology & Executive Assistant can lead to a management-level position in our growing company.

The ideal candidate or the position of Technology Assistant will be an individual who is a quick thinker, tech-savvy maintains a professional appearance.as you will assist in executive-level meeting in our office and out-of-office product demos.

Hours will be set on a week-to-week basis.

We require experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft tablets and phones, Android tablets, android phones, iOS phones, Google Workplace is a plus and other technology. .

This role may require you to be in the field at times for out-of-office software testing and product demos to automotive companies 

This position may involve working in or around vehicle service departments or similar locations, lifting or carrying multiple devices, squatting and/or long periods of standing.

The role may also require traveling to conventions, events and conferences.

Must reside in Las Vegas or be a college student residing in Las Vegas or are planning to relocate to Las Vegas.

This position will require a commitment to work 15 to 40 hours per week.

Some of the workday may be remote via phone, teams calls, local travel, travel to conventions, etc.

Advise on hardware and software improvements

Trouble shoot technology issues.

Support in-person (software development team and executive team with B2B demonstrations and deployment of technology to (potential) customers off-site

Willing to take on other duties, as assigned.

Maintain a professional appearance at all times, business attire required at meetings, presentations, conventions, including suit-and-tie when necessary.

As the Technology & Executive Assistant to the President must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.

Must be a United States Citizen and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violations and/or at fault accidents within 3 years.

No drug or alcohol related incidents within 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI).

Drug test required.
