As a Workday Integrations and Agent Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of integrations with third-party, native applications, and Workday processes, self-built agents, tools, and technology. Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $95,900 - $129,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. • Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and standards while designing, developing, and enhancing solutions
• Workday Security and API development, business processes, and integrations
• Design event-driven intelligent automation agents triggered by Workday transactions, leveraging Workday AI/Extend capabilities
• Integration Testing and Automation using Continuous Integration

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Workday integration types, including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, BIRT, Boomerang integrations, Extend, and Orchestrate
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, HiredScore, and Paradox frameworks and native integrations
• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with business users and vendors to address development issues
• Ability to effectively triage and track issues through to resolution
• Passion for delivering high-quality and meaningful results
• Application development and script automation experience leveraging HCM-delivered APIs
• Familiarity with RESTful Web Services and APIs
• Experience with creating HCM workflows and custom connectors
• Understanding of HR/Payroll Processes and data structures
