Qualifications
  • 1+ years full cycle recruiting experience in Talent Acquisition, preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to learn applicant-tracking software
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and production goals
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities

Responsibilities
  • This position is responsible for identifying, screening, and presenting qualified candidates, contributing to the organization's ability to attract and retain talent
  • Identify candidates who are aligned with the company vision and values
  • Screen, phone interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring leaders
  • Schedule in-person interviews/tours for plant leadership
  • Stay informed on industry standards and competition
  • Follow organizational employment policies throughout the hiring process
  • Complete new hire paperwork and data entry in HRIS software
  • Conduct weekly orientation for new hires - on site. This is a 3-hour on site commitment for orientation on a scheduled day of each week.
  • Company will provide all necessary equipment (laptop, software, office supplies, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits:
Wage: $20/hr + commission/bonus structure
Schedule: 20-25 hours per week
Remote position w/weekly onsite orientation requirement
Paid sick leave
